Cellar CASA MOREIRAS, a viticultural tradition recovered and restored back in the eighties by the Vázquez Moreiras family in a unique semi-buried winery in Galicia. All this adds to the foundations of the future DO RIBEIRA SACRA in the year 1996.

Cellar situated in the Ribeiras do MIÑO, in San Martín de SIÓS concello of Pantón, is currently the oldest winery in Galicia. We are in a unique enclave with the best views to PANTON, where the MASIDE Castle, the monastery of SAN SALVADOR DE LAS BERNARDAS and a few meters away spa hotel AGUASANTAS.

Unique winery in Galicia dating from the late seventeenth century with a half-buried part, an antebodega space that serves to barrel aging, a singular roof, winery and an enabled dovecote contiguous to the Bodega.

We are within the RUTA DO VIÑO RIBEIRA SACRA with all kinds of unique experiences that include tastings, guided tour of the winery and vineyards, elaboration explanation and all its processes.

Currently the winery has 30 hectares of vineyards, mostly owned, characterized by its soils from slate, granite to clay, in order to recover native grape varieties from Galicia within the diversity of so complex and disparate soils of the RIBEIRA SACRA.

We are in several subzones as AMANDI, CHANTADA AND RIBEIRAS DO SIL, Practically everything inside the famous HEROIC VICTORIA that make our wines stand out for their typicity, uniqueness and quality within the Spanish viticultural space.
